The original Blacksmiths workshop – the Smithy
Self catering holiday cottage that has been beautifully renovated and is now a one bedroomed, detached barn conversion. It is a dog friendly cottage with a large and fully enclosed garden.
There is an open plan galley kitchen, dining and living room with French doors opening onto the garden.
The lounge is a welcoming space to relax in after a busy day with a gas fire making the place feel extra cosy. It sleeps a max of 3 – we recommend the sofa bed for a child only. The bedroom has a king sized bed with a shower ensuite.
The garden has a small patio area and is mainly laid to lawn perfect for the dogs. There is an additional decking area which is a perfect sun trap in the summer months.
What’s included with your stay?
Onsite there is free parking and free Wi-Fi.
We provide bed linen and towels. All cutlery and crockery is supplied including teapots and cafetieres in each property. There is tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits for your arrival. In the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap is provided.
If you are bringing dogs, we supply a dog bed, throws, food and water bowls, some treats, poo bags and an outside poo bin.
